12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
What is Covered
GENEREDGE guarantees that your product will be free from original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used for its intended purposes in accordance with this User Manual.
It is recommended that you retain your proof of purchase. Failure to retain proof of purchase will result in the warranty commencement date being set two (2) months from the manufacture date printed on your product label.
What is Not Covered
This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. It applies only if the product is used in the country where it was bought. Additionally, GENEREDGE will not be responsible for costs, damages, or repairs related to the following situations:
• Your product warranty does not cover damages or issues resulting from:
• Accidents or excessive force during use;
• Damage caused by incorrect voltage or unstable electrical current; normal wear and tear;
• Careless operation, mishandling, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the User Manual;
• Any products that have been altered, modified, or dismantled;
• Reduced battery life due to aging or use; products with altered or removed serial numbers;
• Clearing blockages from the product; purchases from unauthorized retailers or distributors;
• Damages from shipping or handling by unauthorized third parties; or repairs, maintenance, or modifications performed by unapproved repair personnel.
Any support GENEREDGE provides under this warranty won’t extend its duration.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
Any implied warranties related to your product, such as the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of the limited warranty outlined above and are otherwise disclaimed. This limited warranty is the sole remedy for the purc
